Large Quantities of hand painted items will differ, no two items are exactly the same.

No refunds/no returns after 3 days .
This is artists commission services and gifts not a retail store.
Sales tax 6.5% if shipped to OH
Customer service return policy:
No return No refund policy, after 3 days.
When returning an order recieve a return merchandise number
before the return or all returns will be refused.

You are ordering custom painted items, items will reflect hand craftmanship and my be slightly different.
You may request a catalog to print from your desktop.

Ship once weekly usually on Friday, most shipping requires confirmation and insurance.
All items brand new and hand painted. All items are limited editions ,exceptional design.
Customization available by contacting Ketring Designs on the web site.
Order in advance for holiday and special occasion deadlines, hand painted items may take longer.
Due to the amount of items available for sale, orders are also taken at a custom order page,
provided by Creative Handy Works/The Artisan Bazaar

and the postal delivery services.
